Captain Kaiser: Five unshaven, but otherwise clean young men from the Kempen. Captain Kaiser made his debut in 2018 with Dog Days On Deck, a record that went through the Kempen punk scene like an express train. With shows at Sjock, Clamotte Rock, Retie Rock & Breda Barst, it's time for something new. These Kempen residents found a solution in the local pub The Drovers Inn: A new album with the same name as the café in which they are staying!

Viral misery aside, Captain Kaiser has had a great year. You could regularly hear the single Moscow Mule at Studio Brussel this summer and successor Hotel Room was also well received by Dansende Beren and Knack Focus, among others. And then Michèle Cuvelier herself also asked if Captain Kaiser wanted to make an anthem for her Morning Show at StuBru. In the meantime, the band also took a prominent role in an article by De Morgen about the need for small venues and their new single 'Post Gig Depression' was released via a premiere at Knack Focus.

With a release in spring 2021, the band is ready to tear down the house post-corona. Fans of the better guitar skills have not missed the first single 'Moscow Mule'!

Produced by Thomas Valkiers: guitarist of Crackups, producer for Equal Idiots, Tin Fingers and Psycho 44 and with all his projects and experience, almost the Ty Segall of Kempen guitar music. Their release show in Zappa (Antwerp) was completely sold out in less than 12 hours.
